CEO and Managing Director

Mr. MAKUZA Desire is an experienced IP Lawyer; holder of a degree of LLB & LLM, with an experience of more of 12 years in field of Law, he has exercised his carrier in many public institutions like a legal advisor, he had been also the manager of Industrial Property at the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) at the Registrar General Office for 5 years, he have participated in Intellectual Property seminars and trainings organised by the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and The Regional Intellectual property Organisation (ARIPO) and represented his country in many Intellectual property conferences abroad in Norway, Switzerland, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda and Burundi Actually he is the. Co-founder of Blessed Law Firm.

UWIMANA Clemence

The founder Mrs.UWIMANA Clemence is an experienced Advocate Member of Rwanda Bar Association from 2011; holder of a Bachelor Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in legal practice, and participated in different legal trainings Human rights, Children rights, criminal Law, civil law……and Intellectual property seminars organised by World Intellectual Property organisation (WIPO) & African Regional Intellectual Property organisation (ARIPO)

Ndayishimiye Eric

Eng. NDAYISHIMIYE ERIC Joined the Blessed Law Firm at the beginning of 2015 as an Assistant. In 2014, he was graduated on 21st/August/2014 from University of Rwanda College of Science and Technology in Bachelor of Science, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering . He participated in a the seminar organized by WIPO and ARIPO which took Place at Lemigo Hotel Eric is specialized in Intellectual Property Law including: Drafting trade mark searches, trademark applications, Recordal of Assignments, Recordal of License, Recordal of Change of name, Recordal of Change of address, Trademark cancellation, Trademark renewal, New Patent applications, Patent renewals, New Design Applications and renewal.


Ms Claudine Munyeshuli holder of a Bachelor Degree in Law from 2011 at the Institute of Lay’s of Adventist of Kigali (INILAK) in charge of Intellectual Property registration procedures , she has participated in many seminars organised by World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and African Regional Intellectual Property organisation (ARIPO).
